What information do I provide to get a quote?
All we need is your name, best contact number and house address, so we can search your property on google maps, and if you have a conservatory or extension on the rear of the property.
When will you arrive?
Upon adding you to my round, I will take the best contact number, and notify you the evening before I clean for every clean. So you know I’ll be around the next day.
What do I need to do?
Nothing! Once you receive our confirmation the night before, we just need to have access to the whole property, so any side or rear gates must be unlocked by the morning of our clean. Plus, we’ll notify you once the job is done, so you can lock your property, or have the neighbour do it for you!
What do you clean exactly?
We clean all the glass top and bottom, frames, sills and doors – Front and back of the properties, including windows above deep conservatories! With the Water Fed Pole system, it’s super efficient for us to clean the frames at the same time as the glass. We also ensure all doors and sills are cleaned with the sill brush head. It’s a very safe way that will protect your windows and doors.
